Tips for visiting the KIT Career Fair

Check the company directory in advance
In the company directory for the KIT Career Fair 2025 you will find useful information and filters plus an interactive fair map to help you plan your visit to the fair: Find out in advance whether your desired companies will be there on 6 or 7 May and at which stand you will find them. Not yet sure who might be relevant for you? Filter all participating companies, e.g. by industry, study specialisations they are looking for, keywords and much more. You can find more information about the company, contact details of contact persons and links to specific vacancies in the exhibitors' career fair profiles.
Create a student profile
Make yourself comfortable and let yourself be found! This is how it works: Create a personal student profile in the Career-Service-Portal with information about your career, previous internships and work experience or your commitment. You decide what information you want to share. A contact address is important - then companies can contact you directly and, for example, arrange an interview with you at their fair stand in advance. By the way, you don't need to register - you can log in to the Career Service Portal using your KIT account details.

Get your colour sticker and lots of information in the Studi-tent
With the colour coding system, you can see at a glance which companies are looking for your field of study and who the right contact persons are for you at the stand. You can also show what you are studying yourself - come by the information desk in the Studi-tent and get a sticker in the right colour for your subject area.
